At Tiktoktale, each book is custom-made with love — featuring your child or loved one as the hero of their own story. Because every order is personalized and printed specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.

Order Accuracy

We highly recommend double-checking all personalizations before placing your order — including spelling of names, character selections, and messages. Once your order goes into production, we are unable to make changes or offer refunds for incorrect details provided during checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, don’t worry — we’ll make it right! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@tiktoktale.com with:

• A photo of the damage or defect
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and offer a replacement if the product is clearly damaged or misprinted.
