1. Acceptance of Terms
By using tiktoktale.com, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Storybook and Video Creation
You are responsible for providing accurate details, including your child’s name, gender, and images, when creating a personalized book, ebook, or video. Content is generated using AI and creative production tools, so minor variations may occur in the final output.
3. Order & Payment
Orders placed through tiktoktale.com are processed on our platform. Prices are shown in the applicable currency where available, and payments are securely handled through trusted third-party payment providers, including Razorpay.
4. Approval & Delivery
After payment, you may preview and refine your personalized book or video where applicable. If no manual approval is submitted within 12 hours, your book may be auto-approved for printing. Printed books are generally delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Digital products such as ebooks and videos are shared via email and WhatsApp using the customer details provided during checkout. If you do not receive them, please also check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
5. Refunds & Modifications
Because each personalized product is made to order, we do not offer refunds once an order has been approved or auto-approved. Please review all details carefully before submitting or confirming your order.
6. Intellectual Property
All generated illustrations, designs, story text, videos, and related creative assets remain the intellectual property of tiktoktale.com and may not be resold, redistributed, or commercially reused without prior written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use tiktoktale.com for any unlawful, abusive, harmful, offensive, or infringing activity, including uploading content that violates the rights of others.
8. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of tiktoktale.com after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
